00:01:05: And it's nearly the end two weeks retreat, hearts on fire which everyone enjoyed very much and last week you mentioned some people came here but actually they didn't know who really were once also shared with us that also in Rishikesh.

00:01:28: Who is Pari, who is Satya?

00:01:29: Satya-Pari.

00:01:30: and then you make a creative combination.

00:01:34: So could you maybe just share few words... ...and introduce yourself!

00:01:41: And it also comes back to the core question.. ..who are YOU Satya & Pari?

00:01:50: Maybe you start?

00:01:51: No I'll

00:01:52: start.

00:01:53: Well my name is Parie.

00:01:55: It's still an Osho Name By Osho, when I was a young person looking for truth and love... ...and freedom in India.

00:02:07: And after I met some other masters from various ashrams….

00:02:13: …I landed to spend quite sometime with Osho – he gave me this name so I am Pahri!

00:02:18: Later, after Osho left his body, I travelled on and met Inlak now This beautiful lady sitting next to me.

00:02:29: She is called Satya.

00:02:34: Yes, so I'm Satya and... ...I got the name from Osho in the eighties.

00:02:47: Oh yeah this name stayed although i had after that another master Osho left his body.. ..i spent few years with Papaji And he loved my name.

00:02:59: He always told me Satya.

00:03:06: So, there was no need to change the name or he never changed it because sometimes we changed names.

00:03:14: And

00:03:15: so that's

00:03:16: how.

00:03:16: and but Satya is more... Sometimes people think its male name actually its more that Pari is a female name.

00:03:29: in India they thought cause they play our music alot in Rishikesh I am Pari And so we told them no.

00:03:43: I am Satya and he is Paris, now they call us Satya-Paris.

00:03:48: When when the see me they say hello Satya Pari.

00:03:51: you know it's like Radhakrishna Satya pari

00:04:12: So what is your invitation to everyone who's coming to you place?

00:04:20: The garden of peace... Sometimes we say this is a living room here!

00:04:24: You're really opening your space or home for everybody that comes.

00:04:30: What are your invitations?

00:04:34: This invitation from people Like, this is not a private affair.

00:04:39: This is concerning all of us actually every human being and we felt at one point.

00:04:46: the urge to open our own private space for everybody who wants to join in come because about truth love beauty freedom.

00:04:56: there's no privacy really needed To protect.

00:05:00: it's something that you have to hide away from people.

00:05:03: then a better chance also for people to get together and... ...get the vibe of this place where we have been living here so many years.

00:05:14: The trees are charged with singing, meditation or satsang So.. This idea came To share it with everybody who is interested in truth In love And beauty Freedom!

00:05:32: We got this place.

00:05:33: We discovered this place in nineteen six So its thirty years And at that time Papaji was still alive and so he told us, He wanted to come to Carrefour but then life decided differently.

00:05:49: He had a car accident Then there is problem with his arm So after that he never travelled again But we felt really blessed by him.

00:06:00: It's like it has its blessing here.

00:06:06: Yes indeed as far as I understood public privacy and you share your space.

00:06:12: It's

00:06:12: a public privacy!

00:06:18: To share this love, truth... And when we are coming now to the singing as it is not an ordinary concert which You're providing and You always say okay We are creating that space together.

00:06:34: So for those, like the audience sitting here and you always encourage everyone to open your heart stand up dance sing out loud.

00:06:48: And I would be interested.

00:06:50: how is it when you are on stage with a musician?

00:06:58: How do you experience singing two hours, two and a half hour the mantras sharing with one hundred, one hundred fifty people together.

00:07:10: Well it's beautiful when you see people opening up being receptive mostly receptive diving in I can talk for me just sharing this love affair With trust.

00:07:29: I just have to share it, you know?

00:07:31: And i think that gets contagious.

00:07:34: and l love see people dance, rejoice... We would not do if we didn't enjoy it!

00:08:11: Coming back your question when I sit here or looking at the people We don't have a feeling and think that i can speak for all our friends That they are performing like in classical sense.

00:08:26: on stage there is an audience ...formal concerts.

00:08:29: Because of this garden, it has a character... ...of sharing an event together and we just play a certain part in it And the people that gather here.

00:08:39: they play their part But its all organic unity.

00:08:43: somehow It feels much more relaxed, much more private.

00:08:48: In our good sense We are among us.

00:08:51: I always try to enhance my feeling That you're with me.

00:08:55: It's not somebody performing something and someone has to behave as a guest.

00:09:01: We are all sharing one beautiful event together, everybody is playing his part basically with this presence... ...with interest for that!

00:09:10: And whether it's satsang or singing its about the same love of freedom sometimes without music.

00:09:20: but this special invitation here to share an event together rather than frontal to do something, although optically it might look frontal but in the heart doesn't feel frontal at all.

00:09:32: It feels like one family sitting together and sharing music words

00:09:39: songs so beautiful!

00:09:44: And you mentioned before this is your offering that for thirty years which was really a gift?

00:09:54: And here we share the diamond.

00:09:58: and yesterday you said not cheap Greek, what was it?

00:10:04: Not a cheap Greek gyros.

00:10:09: Fast food!

00:10:11: So when your looking back thirty years of hearts on fire creating that space together isn't in way there.

00:10:24: anything changed in these thirty years, the way how you created this space or with people.

00:10:31: Or also sharing your music?

00:10:35: How would describe these thirty-years of sharing that love and freedom?

00:10:42: Thirty

00:10:42: years!

00:10:42: Thirty years.

00:10:45: Thirty years of sharing.

00:10:48: Well... You know... Dirty also.

00:10:52: Dirty, dirty.

00:10:55: One always changes with it.

00:10:56: Time of course.

00:10:59: The shape changes, the essence is same but... Shape changes, songs come... We have more songs!

00:11:11: Well offcourse by playing you know we grew together.

00:11:24: We enjoy also the tender songs even more now.

00:12:31: Papaji used to say i am a shy person this beautiful old man

00:12:37: because you share your deepest love affair.

00:12:39: so of course some shyness could be there.

00:12:43: yeah

00:12:46: nothing my hands

00:12:50: absolutely and Yeah.

00:12:53: This is happening when you open your heart, right?

00:12:56: So it's an open secret in the Open Public Privacy and with thirty years many new songs came.

00:13:08: so we have quite a buffet to offer.

00:13:14: Is there any mantra right now which are your favourite one or where do really feel lot of resonance?

00:13:23: Or would you say, anyway every mantra is your favorite?

00:13:27: Because the satna is a new one.

00:13:30: Which it's really beautiful.

00:13:31: so...

00:13:35: For me at the moment its always still more with Krishna.

00:13:39: All my songs all my new songs are somehow with Krishna.

00:13:43: I don't know why It just like that But i love Kundalini The basic Mantra of Kundalina Yoga Ekam Ka Satna The Mul Mantra.

00:13:56: I find there is strength in this mantra, that it's beyond words really.

00:14:02: So i'm always touched by... but yeah basically yeah.

00:14:06: It depends on the intention also with what you sing The Mantra, devotion

00:14:10: and

00:14:12: connection.

00:14:14: I enjoy all mantras we sing

00:14:16: have to say Could You share just for someone who isn't familiar with the Ekankar?

00:14:23: The meaning of it?

00:14:27: There is one creator and his name is Satnam,

00:14:33: no?

00:14:34: Or

00:14:35: how is it?

00:14:36: A conqueror satnam.

00:14:38: It's One who does everything, One Who Does Everything, Karn to do a satnam.

00:14:45: His Name or the definition of that is Truth.

00:14:50: so truth, Truth Is The One That Does Everything.

00:14:57: As opposed to I, you she he eat us together the humanity.

00:15:06: It is Phenomena but this mantra points at points out.

00:15:12: through that truth which is beyond That we can see a name Because it ultimately just Truth And its absolutely real behind the phenomena Which makes All the phenomena appear Ek Onkar Satnaam.

00:15:27: I loved always this, uh...I heard it also first time actually in Pune when i met Osho.

00:15:33: In the Hindi lectures which didn't understand but then later I looked at up.

00:15:37: what does he mean?

00:15:38: He spoke about this.

00:15:39: Ekongkha Satnam beautiful beautifully touched me allways.

00:15:44: this mantra

00:15:53: as your retreat is called heart on fire and temperature wise or with the dancing we are really literally melting away in our hearts.

00:16:07: So, but point is... Or question what your fire for offering These retreats for thirty years because you dedicate your time and it's really intense.

00:16:25: You're available.

00:16:27: sometimes I feel like twenty four seven.

00:16:30: So what makes your heart on fire?

00:16:34: Melted all the way Melted, all away.

00:16:49: Well, we also like this melting.

00:16:52: For us it's also hearts on fire full-on for as a very special timing Also.

00:16:56: This because We can share with people that what?

00:17:00: What brought Us together?

00:17:01: what holds Us Together?

00:17:03: What now Rishes Us Together?

00:17:05: Also It's not That We have the Feeling Now The Performance Start.

00:17:09: This Is Something That Holds Us Together since We met.

00:17:12: Actually Since We Met and I don't Think We would Have Been Together so Many Years is A Loving Couple Also with the help of music.

00:17:21: Of course as a third partner, but uh... As our master said he blessed this by marrying us also.

00:18:05: know I think in the beginning Pakospari was quite also busy with his center and so when i had a bit idea to do some music event actually first you wanted only satsang.

00:18:20: Then I thought, no we have also to sing because i was more involved with music in Lucknow.

00:18:25: So...I think I was trying to steal him from his Alexis Zorba's job you know a bit so that we had some other expression and then..we were amazed by the resonance of it And at that time mantras weren't so popular like now.

00:18:42: We actually....by singing every week we were having free events every week.

00:18:48: We shaped a bit also the audience or interest of the audience and people were so open for it.

00:18:56: Then, idea came to make not just one time but then four days five days now two weeks...

00:19:05: To

00:19:06: really dive in!

00:19:08: For us as musicians we sing here like more and more in tune together.

00:19:15: It gets effortless And very enjoyable Like, for example my voice now is completely open.

00:19:21: Maybe not completely but more open you know.

00:19:24: and this very enjoyable to be with people who trust come here especially also as a quality.

00:19:37: In the beginning we didn't care We were just thinking that they like it or not.

00:19:40: You know sometimes people are living in room because they don't like.

00:19:43: So he went too wild.

00:19:45: But now when people come there's a quality also, receptivity so we can really open up and share this love affair.

00:19:55: And in the format of weeks it is something important to point out.

00:20:03: It isn't just what you get at nice concerts but keeps on travelling day and night, not just one to three days but two weeks in a row as I retreat.

00:20:17: We can see the results of people.

00:20:19: we definitely can see their result.

00:20:21: it's something that keeps us going further on.

00:20:27: It is not like if you have concert another week or other.

00:20:32: this compressed together essential togetherness.

00:20:39: This is definitely something we can see as results in many people that come here.

00:20:44: Sometimes they're coming full of stress, from their normal day to day life and then you can see it day by day.

00:20:50: That's why so important!

00:20:51: It happens also for many days in a row.

00:20:54: Some relaxation comes They feel themselves again Because its not about only some theoretical God but To feel yourself again And this keeps us loving what we do.
